Confirm your device model first: ZECTRIX Note 4 is a black-and-white e-paper AI sticky note, while ZECTRIX Note 4C is a black, white, red, and yellow four-color e-paper development board. The two models use different display technologies and firmware. Never flash firmware intended for one model onto the other.
